POLICIES
All reservations must be confirmed by credit card.
Upon reserving , we will send you a form giving us
authorization to charge your credit card.
We do not charge the card
(on reservations of 1 - 7 days) however just hold the
information. You can pay cash on arrival, or use the credit card for a 3%
additional fee.
We do charge the card if there is a "no show", or accordingly
to our cancelation policy.
Also, we charge for Easter week and Dec. 20 - Jan 10;
and the 30% of a reservation of 8 days+.

RESERVATION OF 1 - 7 DAYS

0 - 7 Days Full charge
8 - 14 Days 50% charge
15 - 30 Days $35 service fee
31+  Days no charge 

RESERVATION OF 8 DAYS AND MORE 
A Non-refundable deposit of 30% of entire reservation

***All Easter Week  and  Christmas - New Years 
(Dec 20 - Jan 10) Reservations, are prepaid with no refund for cancelations.
the steep hillside, and steps do not allow for children playing Sorry, we can not accept children under the age of 13, 
                being built on a hillside, there is no play area, also we are a quiet, romantic retreat, 
                and children harass our security team.
 Reception closes at sunset 6 pm,
   Sundays at 3 pm.
We advise against trying to get to us the same day you fly in.
We will gladly recommend accommodations nearby the airport.
